My Response: You have summed up Liberalism. Liberalism divorced the idea that every action has a moral or immoral action. By divorcing the idea it is implicit denial that man does not have a final end, namely God. There cannot be any morality without following God's divine law. For every action is judged by the standard of divine law. Without this divine law there cannot be a system of morality.
"Gory, gory, what a hell of way to die. He ain't gonna jump no more."- Lyrics From The 101st Airbone Song World War II
"What shall it profit a man if he gain the whole world, but for Wales?" - St. Thomas More
This is what St. Thomas More said to his long held friend, who in the end, betrayed him in the court of law, after telling him to be a teacher instead of getting a position at Wales.
"Why can't you do as I did, and come with us, for fellowship?" - Cromwell to St. Thomas More
"When you go to Heaven for doing your conscience, and I go to hell for mine, will you go to hell with me for fellowship?" - St. Thomas More

My Friend: "I don't know the answer to that...and no scientist can say that for sure....what we have is a body of evidence that points to a few ideas of how things began....the more evidence that is collected...the more refined the theory....what evidence do you have.....FAITH ONLY"
Myself: "Do you suppose me to take it on 'faith of scientists' that the big bang just happened. You have faith in scientists. I have faith in the Christian religion. The whole theory you believe is based upon a proposition, that is not proof, but a mere theory." (Refuting the theory of Evolution, Big Bang, and Atheism)
St. Thomas of Aquinas argues that “Happiness consists principally in the contemplation of Divine things.”
“When a sinner has filled up the measure of his sins, his evils came incurable; he gets outside the range of God's mercy and into His Justice, from which he shall never escape.” St. Basil the Great
“He Who has promised pardon to penitents has not promised tomorrow to sinners.” Pope St. Gregory the Great
The Vow of Chastity: "I am black but beautiful." (Canticles 1:4) This line reminds me of the Saints like St. Agnes who would rather be persecuted, even unto death, rather than to espouse another man other than Christ. Because in the end their vow of chastity was more important to them more than the fear and tortures of death. The spirit of purity is a visible sign of the spirit of God. We must all desire to acquire the spirit of purity both in our hearts and body. For our dignity of being human lies in the purity of our soul because the soul is the image of God Himself. For when the day we forget to practice purity both interiorly and exteriorly, as in these days, we forget our dignity as children of God, and subsequently we forget God. - Topeka News Religion Section, What is Your Favorite Bible Verse?, My response.
